Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Data Engineering to lead and
inspire their Data Engineering Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of six data engineers
Drive the design and development of the company's data platform
Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to define and
prioritize technical projects
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at
least 5 in a data engineering role
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams and managing
individual contributors
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Product and
other Engineering teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field (or equivalent experience)
Experience with core technologies such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS,
and Snowflake is preferred
