Job Description:
A company is looking for a Servicing Quality Control Manager
responsible for developing and overseeing the Servicing QC areas in
line with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage workload and allocate staff to meet audit timelines and
reporting requirements
Conduct performance reviews and develop coaching plans for
Servicing QC staff
Analyze production reports to improve departmental performance and
efficiency
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or
equivalent experience
Ten to fifteen years of related experience or training
Subject matter expertise in mortgage servicing requirements
Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively
No specific certificates, licenses, or registrations required
