Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Business
Applications Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to ensure motivation and
engagement
Collaborate with Product Management and User Experience to define
and prepare features for development
Act as project manager to maintain an up-to-date roadmap and
coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a software engineer before
transitioning to management
Experience with technologies such as JavaScript/NodeJS, Golang,
Kubernetes, React or Vue, and SQL Databases
Solid understanding of modern web app development, API design, and
system architecture
Familiarity with DevOps, Observability, and Monitoring
practices
Experience in API integration with external systems like Salesforce
and Zendesk is a plus
