Key Responsibilities
Attract, recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Observability
Architects
Guide the team to become a reliable partner for customers in
implementing tools
Collaborate with Engagement Management to enhance customer
lifecycle frameworks
Required Qualifications
3+ years leading a post-sales technical team and 5+ years in the
high tech industry
Direct technical experience in observability or a closely related
field
Experience in mentoring, developing people, and managing
performance
Knowledgeable in operational expertise in observability
Experience selling monitoring/data/visualization products
