Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Program Director in
Healthcare Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage one or more Healthcare Services clinical programs and
supervise Program Managers as needed
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and lead programs to address
critical needs
Collaborate with other units to develop and implement business
strategies and address implementation gaps
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent
experience
7+ years of managed healthcare experience with line management
responsibility
Experience with state, federal, and third-party regulations
If licensed, the license must be active, unrestricted, and in good
standing
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a master's degree in a
healthcare-related field
