We employ data-driven insights and partner with key organizational stakeholders to refine our hiring strategies.About the Role:In this role, you will optimize talent acquisition processes and sourcing strategies. You will oversee the Recruiting Coordination and Sourcing teams, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to identify gaps and develop solutions.Strategic Sourcing

  • Coach and mentor your team as they partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging talent.
  • Partner with business and recruiting leaders to ensure the Sourcing team meets hiring goals.
  • Build out our talent insights and talent mapping strategy.
  • Create, manage, and report on sourcing metrics.
  • Develop and implement best practices for the sourcing team.Talent Operations
    • Enhance recruiting productivity through automation and process improvement.
    • Drive process improvements and standardization across Talent Acquisition.
    • Ensure that we have the right tools and technology in place.
    • Advocate for new systems based on data-driven decisions.
    • Provide oversight and support for the Recruiting Coordination team.About You:
      • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a focus on technical recruiting; 4+ years of team management experience.
      • Experience in using data and metrics to shape the sourcing strategy.
      • Expert knowledge of various sourcing tools.
      • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS systems.
      • Program management skills.Nice to haves but not required:
        • 2 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager in Recruiting/Recruiting Ops.
        • Experience working with Greenhouse, Workday, and Tableau.
        • Experience scaling hardware or aerospace startups.At Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
