Senior Merchandising Analytics Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Merchandising Analytics Manager to optimize merchandise assortment and planning through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities in sales and inventory
Create reports and dashboards to provide insights for merchandising and planning teams
Collaborate with teams to optimize pricing strategies and evaluate promotional effectiveness

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in statistics, business, merchandising, or a related field
Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is desired
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction
Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
