Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more
programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in testing, maintaining, or launching
software products, and 1 year of experience with software design
and architecture.
- 3 years of experience building developer tools (e.g.,
compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test
automation frameworks).
- 2 years of experience in software system test engineering,
testing mobile and cloud-connected devices.
- Experience with the Android platform and ecosystem.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical
field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in developing accessible technologies.
- Experience in developing software for embedded systems (e.g.,
Bluetooth SoCs, DSPs, Audio SoC).
- Experience with developing Machine Learning or Artificial

experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices
and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques,
products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes
bringing together the best of Google's artificial intelligence,
software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create
transformative experiences for users across the
world.Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and reliable test
infrastructure that supports continuous integration and continuous
delivery (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
pipelines.
- Build and integrate advanced testing tools and frameworks
across Pixel devices.
- Evaluate and implement Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
techniques to enhance test automation to development processes
including test case generation, defect prediction, and root cause
analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing
into all phases of the software development process.
- Take ownership of specific components of the test
infrastructure, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and
performance.
