A company is looking for a Legal Operations Project Manager to
enhance the organization and efficiency of its legal
department.
Key Responsibilities
Organize, store, and optimize the workflow of various contracts and
legal documents
Research and implement a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
system
Track renewals and collaborate with the IT team on software license
approvals
Required Qualifications
3+ years of in-house legal department experience
Experience with contract management software and CLM migration
Process-oriented with experience in managing legal processes
Proactive mindset
