Representative to support our busy management team. This is a

Skills/Responsibilities
?MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH; with ability to read, write, and
speak.
?35 WPM typing. Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook and
PowerPoint. Please provide test scores.
?Recent working experience in EXCEL and MAS 90 or AS400 within the
last 2 years.
?Attention to detail; including documenting any discrepancies found
in order information. Ability to enter in orders accurately and
efficiently.
?Upselling and taking on inbound calls related to product info,
specs, and pricing. Providing customers with additional product
information as needed.
?Punctuality with time, attendance, and project management.
?Sales Manager will also assign projects as needed and most tasks
will involve research materials and information data from various
sources.
?Ability to gather resources and compile information for
comprehensive reports, Power Point presentations, and overhead
slide shows.
?Business to business (B2B) sales experience required.
?Must possess professional phone etiquette with the ability to
smoothly answer, transfer, and direct customer calls to the
appropriate parties.
?Clear communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent
aptitude to compose grammatically correct email correspondence with
clients as a representative of our company.
?Excellent time-management skills are essential in this role.
Successful candidates will be extremely well organized; being able
to switch from updating order information in the system to
initiating conversation with customers with vast product knowledge
in order to answer questions related to our products.
?Various clerical duties; entering orders, processing orders, and
following up with customers with a quick turnaround time.
Education/Qualifications
High school Diploma Required. Associates Degree or higher
preferred. If you have 2-5 years of experience as a Customer
Service Representative with experience in light inside sales in a
fast-paced organization and enjoy being a part of a thriving
